UX Content Strategist

Get to know my work

On Adobe's Product Equity team, my goal is to make our products usable by everyone, especially as it relates to words. as a UX Content Strategist since 2022, I write every word you read inside Adobe's apps, from the clarity of a 'File > Export' menu to the welcome of a 'What's New' pop-up. I'm both writing and designing conversations between our products and the people who use them!

Here are some of my projects:

Adobe Substance 3D Skin Tone Naming

In collaboration with the 3DI and Substance teams, I led a content strategy initiative to improve skin tone representation, focusing on evolving the language used to describe skin tones.

Adobe Fresco Delayed Sign Up/Sign In

I partnered with the Fresco team to develop the content strategy for Project SUSI (Sign-Up/Sign-In), an initiative focused on financial equity.

Adobe Photoshop Express Nomenclature

Within Photoshop Express, I redesigned feature names to be more accurate. We moved away from language that implied certain features needed "fixing," and instead created language that helps users enhance their photos while respectfully navigating topics of human anatomy.

Blueprint to the Badge

In partnership with Adobe's University Talent team, I sat on a panel with an audience of interns to explain and answer questions about my journey to the company.

Adobe Firefly Autodubbing

Authored UX content for Adobe Firefly's Autodubbing, a feature that dubs videos into new languages while preserving the speaker's original speech patterns. My copy strategically highlighted its innovative ability to retain unique characteristics like lisps and accents.
